Do you get headaches or eyestrain from staring at your computer monitor? At the end of a long day in front of your computer screen, is it difficult to focus on distant objects? You may be suffering from Computer Vision Syndrome (CVS). With most of the population working on computers for multiple hours a day, Dr. Phillips wants to share information on Computer Lenses. Special computer task lenses can be used to supplement your primary pair of eyewear to solve computer specific vision requirements. For example, computer task lenses can help relieve the symptoms of computer vision syndrome, such as blurry vision, sore and tired eyes, and headaches, by enhancing vision at the near and intermediate distances. Our new office protocols are as follows; You will need an appointment to enter the office, this includes for eyewear pick-ups and adjustments. Everyone will be required to wear masks and have their temperatures taken when entering the building.
Only those with appointments will be able to enter the office. This will include 1 legal guardian for a minor or anyone else needing special assistance.
We will be contacting you prior to your appointment to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire, confirm insurance, and update health history/medications.
